紅外自動大理石花崗岩切割機是在底座上設置軌道作直線（xiàn）運動，帶動（dòng）金剛（gāng）石圓鋸片，紅外切割刀片確定被切割石（shí）材的尺寸（cùn）和直線度，並保證切（qiē）割軌（guǐ）道按照直線運動進行石材板材切割加（jiā）工的一種設備。

本機采用PLC控製，切割（gē）尺寸（cùn）由計算機終端數字輸（shū）入，所有操作可（kě）手動或由計算機程序自動（dòng）完成；控製麵板位於機器右側，方便操作人員在放板時對機（jī）器進行調整；麵板上（shàng）有操作（zuò）按鈕、編碼器和液晶（jīng）顯示；本機最多可同時設置8種不同的（de）切割尺寸，每種尺寸最多可重複9999次，並可設置多次（cì）下（xià）刀。切割模式;配備紅外刀儀，可準確（què）定位；切（qiē）割進（jìn）給速度由變頻器調節；鋸片由電機直接驅動，可由液壓傳動驅（qū）動，自動旋轉90°；最大可切割3200mm × 2000mm板材（cái）；工作台可承重600kg，可轉動0°~ 85°。支撐架與機（jī）架一（yī）體，可快速安裝使用（yòng），移動方（fāng）便，無需提前搭建混凝土基（jī）礎。
